Every industry eme serves has the same underlying need: a rated lift point where there isn't one. Industrial maintenance crews need to pull a pump in a confined space. Mechanical contractors need to set rooftop HVAC. Riggers need to relocate machinery through a doorway. Aviation crews need to swap a helicopter engine without a hangar crane. The eme product line — portable aluminum gantries, davit cranes, Eagle Beam lifting beams — was built for exactly those four buyer profiles.

Same Problem. Same Solution.

Every industry on the list above has crews working in spaces a permanent overhead crane can't reach. The lift might be in a confined mechanical room, on a rooftop, between two parked aircraft, or inside a vehicle bay. eme equipment shows up, sets up, lifts the load, and rolls back out — reducing the need for outside lifting support, extended mobilization windows, or fixed crane infrastructure.

01

Portability First

Aluminum construction — every product in the line is light enough to deploy with a small crew. The smallest davit weighs 38 lb; the largest 22,000 lb gantry assembles with forklift-assisted setup, no truck crane required.

02

Fast, Repeatable Setup

Same setup logic across every capacity tier — train crews once, deploy across the fleet. Gantries roll while loaded; davits drop into pre-installed sockets in seconds.

03

Engineered, Welded & Tested

Engineered to applicable ASME and CSA requirements. Welded under CSA W47.2 certification by qualified aluminum welders where applicable. Load-tested to 125% of rated capacity with a Certificate of Test.

04

Fleet-Friendly

Shared trolley families across the gantry line, shared socket family across the davit line, shared accessory inventory. Buy capacity without learning a new system.

The Applicable Standards Framework for Each Product.

Standards vary by product and application. eme equipment is engineered to applicable ASME and CSA requirements, welded under CSA W47.2 certification by qualified aluminum welders where applicable, and load-tested to the rated configuration before shipment. The Canadian Welding Bureau audits the CSA W47.2 program as a third-party credential — not a manufacturer self-claim.
