An Authorized Partner in Every State, Province, and Territory.
The map shows where eme rental partners operate. The network is uniform by design — same training, same parts, same factory backstop, no matter which pin you're closest to.
Help You Spec the Right Solution.
Authorized partners help you spec the right solution for your specific lift — capacity, span, beam length, accessories. Hands-on knowledge of every eme gantry and eagle beam model, not just a quote off a price sheet.
Accessories Stocked at the Partner.
Partners carry the accessories that make eme equipment configurable to your jobsite — pneumatic casters for rough surfaces, extra beam trolleys, different beam sizes, cantilever options. Mix and match without a factory special-order.
Direct Factory Backstop.
eme stands behind every authorized partner. Engineering escalation, warranty resolution, technical support — the manufacturer is one phone call away, not three layers deep behind a distributor.
Full Compliance Documentation.
Every rental ships with Certificate of Test, engineer-stamped drawings, operating manual, and crane dimensions on file. Critical for regulated worksites — ports, utilities, nuclear facilities, refineries — where documentation requirements are strict and non-negotiable.
Common Questions About Renting eme Equipment.
How does the eme rental network work?
You submit a request and an eme rental specialist reviews it. We may reach out directly to better understand your project — capacity, timeline, jobsite conditions, regulatory requirements — so we can suggest the right partners. Within one business day, you'll receive a list of authorized partners that fit your request, and you choose who to work with.
What equipment is available to rent through the network?
The authorized rental network carries aluminum gantry cranes (1,100 to 22,000 lb capacity), Eagle Beam aluminum lifting beams, and accessories — pneumatic casters, extra trolleys, different beam sizes, cantilever options, and transport frames.
Davit cranes are sold direct, not through the rental network. If you need a davit, see the davit page or talk to eme directly.
What happens after I submit the form?
You'll see a confirmation message immediately. An eme rental specialist reviews your request — region, project type, capacity, timeline — and may follow up with you directly if we need more detail to suggest the right partners. Within one business day, you'll receive a list of authorized partners in your area that fit your project. From there, you choose who to work with.
What documentation comes with the rental?
Every eme rental ships with: Certificate of Test (load-tested at 125% of rated capacity), engineer-stamped drawings, the operating manual for the specific model, and crane dimensions. This documentation is a hard requirement for regulated worksites — ports, utilities, nuclear facilities, refineries — and our partners ship it as standard, not as an add-on.
Can eme equipment be used at nuclear, utility, port, and other regulated worksites?
eme equipment ships with the documentation commonly required for regulated-site review — Certificate of Test, engineer-stamped drawings, operating manuals, and model dimensions. eme gantries are designed to ASME B30.17, CSA B167, the Aluminum Design Manual (ADM), and CSA S157; davits to the same engineering framework, with a design factor on yield stress well in excess of the proof-test load; Eagle Beam lifting beams to ASME BTH-1 Category B and ASME B30.20. All structural welds are produced under CSA W47.2 certification by qualified aluminum welders (Canadian Welding Bureau).
Site-specific requirements — nuclear QA, material traceability, utility-specific procedures, customs paperwork for cross-border jobs, or other owner-specific documentation — should be confirmed before rental or purchase. Tell us what your site requires in the form and we'll confirm with the partner before the introduction.
Can I rent for a single day, or is there a minimum period?
Rental terms — minimums, daily/weekly/monthly rates, deposits, delivery fees — are negotiated directly with the partner once we make the introduction. Most authorized partners offer flexible periods with discounts at longer durations. eme sets baseline service expectations across the network, but pricing is between you and the partner.
Who do I contact if there's an issue during the rental?
Your first call is to the rental partner — they'll respond fastest because they have the equipment, the parts, and the local knowledge. If the partner can't resolve the issue, eme is the factory backstop: engineering escalation, warranty support, and direct technical answers from the people who designed the equipment. Every authorized partner has the eme support line at hand.
When does it make sense to buy instead of rent?
Renting fits one-off projects, jobs in unfamiliar regions, and capacity you only need occasionally. Buying fits when your annual rental spend exceeds about a third of the purchase price, or when you need on-demand availability without coordination.
If you're not sure which way the math goes, talk to eme — we'll give you a straight read on your operation. We're not trying to push you one direction; either path keeps the relationship.
Tell us about your lift.
Submit the form and an eme rental specialist will review your request. We may reach out to clarify your needs, then suggest authorized partners that fit your project — within one business day.
Not sure if you should rent or own?
Some lifts make sense to rent. Others, you'll use enough to justify owning. Talk to eme directly — we'll give you a straight read on which is right for your operation.
