The 11000 Series gives crews 11,000 lb / 5-tonne lifting capacity in a portable aluminum gantry built for serious industrial lifting, loaded mobility, and forklift-assisted setup. The 11000 Series shares a trolley family with the 6600 Series while using beams rated for its 5-tonne capacity. Same eme modular approach. Serious 5-tonne capacity.

Choose Your 11000 Model

Two standard models, differentiated by beam length. Every 11000 Series gantry carries the same 11,000 lb / 5-tonne rated capacity in the R configuration — choose the 15 ft span for shorter-span work or the 25 ft span for wider jobsite coverage. Spin the model on the right while you read.

Weights, lift ranges, and dimensions verified against the current eme Aluminum Gantry Crane Spec Summary. Lift range = min/max height to lifting eye. Max height = max top-of-trolley height. Assembled weight excludes the beam trolley. Main beam: standard 3×12 proprietary 6061-T6 aluminum box extrusion engineered for lifting service; longer beam lengths step up to a larger specialty beam. Each 11000 Series design is qualified by a 150% proof-load test on the engineer-stamped drawing; each production unit is then load-tested to 125% of rated capacity before shipment and supplied with a Certificate of Test.

Where the 11000 earns its keep.

The 11000 Series carries the loads smaller portable gantries can't — engine pulls, switchgear placements, large process-equipment installs, paired-lift industrial component handling. Heavy enough for the next tier of utility, power-generation, and mechanical-maintenance work; still rolls under load on level prepared surfaces. Click any photo to enlarge.

Built for Forklift-Assisted Ground-Up Assembly

All 11000 Series configurations set up with a forklift or comparable facility equipment for faster deployment and reduced handling effort. The system is designed for practical jobsite assembly while preserving the loaded mobility expected from eme gantries.

Standard Forklift Setup

All 11000 Series configurations set up with a forklift or comparable facility equipment for faster jobsite deployment and reduced handling effort.

Configurable Beam Lengths

Beam length is specified to the jobsite span, with each beam rated for the 11000 Series capacity and configuration.

Rolls While Fully Loaded

Reposition the 11000 Series with the load on, on suitable level surfaces and in accordance with the operating manual — no need to unload, re-rig, and re-lift between positions.

Shared Trolley Family

The 11000 Series uses a trolley family shared with the 6600 Series, simplifying training, replacement parts, and fleet support across compatible eme gantry configurations.

Engineered, Welded, and Load-Tested for North America

Every eme 11000 Series gantry is engineered to ASME B30.17 (cranes and monorails), CSA B167 (overhead travelling cranes), the Aluminum Design Manual (ADM), and CSA S157 (Canadian aluminum structural design). All welded aluminum structure is produced under CSA W47.2 certification — the Canadian Welding Bureau's third-party credential for fusion welding of aluminum. Each 11000 Series design is qualified by a 150% proof-load test documented on the engineer-stamped drawing. Each production unit is then load-tested to 125% of rated capacity before shipment and supplied with a Certificate of Test.
