The 4400 Series gives crews 4,400 lb lifting capacity in a portable aluminum gantry built for fast setup, loaded mobility, and jobsite flexibility. Six standard models cover lift heights from 5′6″ to 16′5″, with beam lengths from 6′ to 30′. Most 4400 Series gantries can be assembled from the ground up by 1–3 people using standard tools, then rolled while loaded to position the lift exactly where it needs to be.

Choose the 4400 Model That Fits the Lift
Start with the lift height and beam span required for the jobsite. Every standard model in the 4400 Series carries the same 4,400 lb rated capacity. Beam lengths available from 6′ to 30′ — the table shows the six standard configurations. Need a different height, beam length, or site-specific option? Custom configurations are available for project-specific requirements. Spin the model on the right while you read.
| Model | Beam Length | Lift Height (lifting shackle) | Clear Span | Min/Max to Top of Trolley | Caster Spread | Weight |

Where the 4400 earns its keep.
The 4,400 lb capacity covers the lifts most jobs actually need. Light enough to move through finished facilities and tight access areas; rated enough to handle pumps, motors, valves, and switchgear once it gets there. Click any photo to enlarge.
Built for 1–3 Person Ground-Up Assembly
Most 4400 Series gantries can be assembled from the ground up by 1–3 people using standard tools. For taller lift heights, longer beams, or faster setup, a forklift or standard facility equipment can make assembly easier and reduce handling effort.
1–3 Person Setup
Most 4400 Series configurations can be assembled from the ground up with a small crew and standard tools.
Facility-Equipment Friendly
Use a forklift or comparable facility equipment to speed setup on taller models, longer beams, or high-frequency fleet use.
Rolls While Fully Loaded
Reposition the 4400 Series with the load on, on suitable level surfaces and in accordance with the operating manual — no need to unload, re-rig, and re-lift between positions.
Shared Trolley Family
Every 4400 Series model uses the same beam trolley shared across the 1100, 2200, and 4400 lines — eleven cranes on one trolley platform. Train once, stock one shelf of spares, swap parts between configurations.
Engineered, Welded, and Load-Tested for North America
Every eme 4400 Series gantry is engineered to ASME B30.17 (cranes and monorails), CSA B167 (overhead travelling cranes), the Aluminum Design Manual (ADM), and CSA S157 (Canadian aluminum structural design). All welded aluminum structure is produced under CSA W47.2 certification — the Canadian Welding Bureau's third-party credential for fusion welding of aluminum. Each 4400 Series design is qualified by a 150% proof-load test documented on the engineer-stamped drawing. Each production unit is then load-tested to 125% of rated capacity before shipment and supplied with a Certificate of Test.
